This Class is designed for all levels of MELTers. Using specialized soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls, you'll learn to identify where you have stuck stress in your body. With continued practice, you'll begin to notice the changes as your body finds greater alignment and balance. You'll activate your own core strength and stability and rehydrate the connective tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion.
This class moves at a faster pace and is designed for clients who are familiar with MELT language and are practicing MELT on a regular basis. We'll do a combination of MELT Restorative & Performance moves in each class. You must have a MELT Resistance band or equivalent.
Sometimes we will have a specialty focus. We may use a wall or chair.
Examples of focus classes:

This is a 1.5 - 2.0 hour time to go through the forms and get introduced to some MELT moves with the balls and the rollers.
